• Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Sale or discounted items are non-refundable but may be exchanged for size.

Process:

1. Contact us with your order number.
2. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
3. Once approved, our rider will get the product from you and will deliver you the new one.
4. Exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days.
