Eligibility:
- Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable but may be exchanged for size.
Process:
- Contact us with your order number.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps.
- Once approved, our rider will get the product from you and will deliver you the new one.
- Exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days.
